Sally Noma will be a featured speaker at the Combined Claims Conference (CCC), set for May 12–14, 2025 at the Hyatt Regency Orange County in Garden Grove, CA. The CCC offers continuing education for insurance professionals, with four educational tracks including a new Work Comp/Subrogation track. On May 13, Sally will present “Bridge Over Troubled Waters – Investigating and Subrogating Large Loss Water Claims,” a session designed to guide attendees through the complexities of investigating major water losses. Using real case studies, the presentation will highlight best practices for identifying the source of water damage, working with experts, and evaluating subrogation potential. With insights from multiple perspectives—including legal, technical, and claims-handling—attendees will gain practical tools to approach even the most challenging water-related claims with confidence.
